Q: Who do you manufacture for?
A: Both domestic and commercial markets.

Q: How long will it take to install?
A: Usually only a day or two as they are craned into position. The actual installation is only one or two hours.

Q: What are the buildings made from?
A: They are a timber frame construction from sustainable forestry, with a cedar board cladding.

Q: What colours do they come in?
A: Natural cedar finish with oil or slight hue to darken if required. Other claddings are available on request.

Q: Can we use it in the winter months?
A: Yorespace build to exceed insulation regulations so you won't be cold in the winter or too hot in the summer months.

Q: How are the interiors finished?
A: A basic finish would come plastered and emulsioned in white for you to impress your own colour scheme. The floor would be sanded and Sealed for you to either carpet or wood board. Electric sockets and light switches are standard. Four down lighters in the ceiling are standard. All interiors can be finished to a higher spec., with oak and walnut floors, special light stations, etc. if required.

Q: Do we need planning permission.
A: Generally speaking a free standing building would not. In extension format, depending on size and position, you may need planning permission. "We are happy to help".
