Specifications
All Yorespace products are constructed using High Performance Quality Products. To exceed modern house building standards each unit is supplied with structural calculations and professional indemnity insurance cover.
Walls, Floor, Roof
The, essentially, Timber structure is pre-engineered and manufactured to precise dimensions using graded, kiln dried, treated timber from sustained forestry. High performance "Ecotherm" insulation is installed as part of the manufacture process to exceed current house building u'values which makes for less heating / energy in winter and a cool usable space in summer.
